Recommended  by my daughter, I visited Outlook dental office, and I'm so glad I did. It's a  nice family environment. The service was excellent. I was in considerable pain from a tooth abscess on a Saturday, and my regular dentist was closed. Outlook Dental scheduled me for an emergency visit within the hour, provided diagnosis and options for immediate procedures or scripts to ease the discomfort until I could see my regular dentist. My mother-in-law, who was visiting from out-of-state, needed emergency dental help with a crown. Drs. Patel and their team had a very good balance of knowledge and care. They provide high-quality work with amazing customer care. They gave her several different options and listened to her concerns. I can't emphasize enough the kindness of this husband and wife duo. From Ashley's friendly demeanor in the reception to the thoughtfulness of the Patels and kindness of their techs, the experience helped to reduce anxiety. It's no wonder that they have 5 stars! Dr. Patal and staff are thorough, truly caring, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Words can’t express my gratitude for their assistance. Dr. Patal made sure I didn’t leave their office without an appointment with a specialist that day. He had his staff make the appointment for me on a Friday to see a specialist. I thank God for them doing the leg work on my behalf, and the next day follow up!
